Tour FAQs

What is your cancellation policy? All sales final. But we will reschedule if we can, we’re ghosts not monsters! We will cancel with full refunds if necessary for inclement weather or other emergency situation.

How long are the tours? 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Are the tours and presentations family friendly? Yes, we love encouraging children to get excited about history!

Are the tours handicapped accessible? Yes, please let us know in advance.

Are pets allowed? Due to insurance issues, only service animals are allowed on our outdoor walking tours.

What about rain? If it is raining lightly or misty, that can add to the fun. If it’s too rainy to be fun, we’ll cancel the tour within an hour’s notice and you will be offered a refund or reschedule.

Is tipping allowed? Tips for your guide are never required or expected, but always appreciated.

Do you offer private tours? Yes, please call or email.

Where do the tours meet? Each tour has a unique starting location, which will be sent to you in your confirmation email.

How do I purchase tickets? You may book here on the website or call 833-GHOST13. No printer is needed, all tickets are virtual.
